[BiO BB] Smith-Waterman on FPGA

Quite a few people have done this, Deepan. It is much easier than BLAST!
Compugen, TimeLogic, Progeniq, CLCbiosystems, Adaptive Genomics, Mitrion,
and several academic groups have ported it.
