[BioBrew Users] : how to run mpiblast

Around 5MB
(when I type the command just now, the response is "Trying to break ecoli.nt 
(5MB) into 3 fragments of 2MB Executing : formatdb -i ecoli.nt -o T -p F -v 
2")

What happens when you try to format it with regular formatdb?
when I /opt/BioBrew/NCBI/6.1.0/bin/formatdb -i ecoli.nt -o T -p F
ecoli.nt is broken into fragments and being stored at /home/bigcpuguest but 
there is no ecoli.nt.nal.
