Molecular DNA, LLC is announcing the release of SQLPDB, a Microsoft SQL
2000 relational database that contains over 29,000 PDB .ENT files in a
format that is easily queried.
 
Researchers can use SQLPDB when developing custom software applications
that query access to the molecular definition files that are published
at the Protein Data Bank.
 
The contents of the .ENT files have not been modified during their
import into the database.
